  Apparently they have no policy on Bed Bugs. Bed Bugs are very hard to dispose of. Many health departments mandate a plan for some businesses on how to control them. When I asked about this, all I got was a Huff and a Puff from the worker, and then he hung up on me. Google bed Bugs, this stuff could have bed bugs in tv's and other products they sell. Good LUCK
